How We Make it
Our stuff is made right here in the USA, not ordered from a mystery factory 7,000 miles away and magically appearing on our doorstep.
Most of our products are made in-house using 3D printing and other really cool machines that the kids are convinced are way more interesting than anything they learned in school that day.
We make things in small batches, and a lot of what we sell is made just for you. That means your item might have tiny variations in texture, color, or finish. That’s normal. It’s part of making real things one at a time instead of pulling 50,000 identical ones out of a warehouse.
And yes, the kids are involved. They help with ideas, designs, colors, products, packaging, and learning how an actual business works. Don’t worry, we’re not running a sweatshop. There are snacks. Lots of snacks.

Shipping & Pickup
We’re local, so we try to make getting your order as easy as possible.
Order Processing: Most orders are ready to ship within 1–3 business days, with many going out the same or next business day. We’re a family business, so during busier times, we may be closer to that 3-day mark.
Custom & Personalized Orders: Please allow 3–5 business days for custom and personalized items. Most are finished sooner, but we give ourselves a little extra time in case we run into an issue. Either way, we work to get every order out as quickly as possible.
Shipping: Shipping options and rates are available at checkout.
Porch Pickup: Local? Choose free porch pickup at checkout. We’ll let you know when your order is ready and send you the pickup details.
Scott Elementary Pickup: We also offer free pickup at Scott Elementary School at approximately 3:15 PM after school on normal school days. We’ll confirm when your order is ready for pickup. School holidays, closures, early dismissals, summer break, and other schedule changes may affect availability.
Once a shipped order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information when available. Carrier delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other delays outside of our control.

Something Not Right?
Uh-oh. If something isn’t right with your order, tell us. We’re a small family business, and there are actual humans (and a few small humans) behind everything we make.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we made a mistake, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Because most of what we make is made to order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
For personalized and custom items, please double-check names, numbers, colors, sizes, and other details before ordering. We make your item based on the information you give us, so give it one last look before hitting that order button.
