Refund policy

Uh-oh. If something isn’t right with your order, tell us. We’re a small family business, and there are actual humans (and a few small humans) behind everything we make.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we made a mistake, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Because most of what we make is made to order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

For personalized and custom items, please double-check names, numbers, colors, sizes, and other details before ordering. We make your item based on the information you give us, so give it one last look before hitting that order button.

Each item is individually 3D printed, so slight variations in texture and finish are a natural part of how it’s made and aren’t considered defects.

We’re reasonable people. If something weird happens, reach out. We’ll do our best to make it right.
