Shipping policy

We’re local, so we try to make getting your order as easy as possible.

Order Processing: Most orders are ready to ship within 1–3 business days, with many going out the same or next business day. We’re a family business, so during busier times, we may be closer to that 3-day mark.

Custom & Personalized Orders: Please allow 3–5 business days for custom and personalized items. Most are finished sooner, but we give ourselves a little extra time in case we run into an issue. Either way, we work to get every order out as quickly as possible.

Shipping: Shipping options and rates are available at checkout.

Porch Pickup: Local? Choose free porch pickup at checkout. We’ll let you know when your order is ready and send you the pickup details.

Scott Elementary Pickup: We also offer free pickup at Scott Elementary School at approximately 3:15 PM after school on normal school days. We’ll confirm when your order is ready for pickup. School holidays, closures, early dismissals, summer break, and other schedule changes may affect availability.

Once a shipped order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information when available. Carrier delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other delays outside of our control.
